We are most proud of our development of 101 hectares of land connecting Pirita with Mähe and Merivälja started in 1996. By now the former impassable wilderness has become the most valued modern residential district in Tallinn where every square meter has been carefully considered and planned to enhance the whole. It is an area where the biggest value is the harmony of high greenery and buildings. Over 110 families have found homes for many years in the 100 private houses, 46 terraced / semi-detached houses and 67 apartment buildings.
In the same block, at Mähe tee 1, there is also the new office building of TTP that won the title of the best concrete building of year 2005.
Our largest development projects include Kreutzwaldi Maja, a 7-storied residential and commercial building at F.R Kreutzwaldi Street 3 completed at the beginning of 2013 and four apartment buildings in Merivälja, Ranna tee 46a completed in 2014.
Currently, a residential district with 800 apartments in Mustamäe, Pöörise Street is under construction. The last one of the 10 apartment buildings will soon be completed, and all the necessary infrastructure of the district has been completed (roads, streets, park area, playgrounds, parking building). The last apartments in the elegant twin towers of Järve Towers will also be handed over in the nearest future.
In the centre of Tallinn, in the immediate vicinity of Linnahall, Vööri Street 2 is waiting for its turn.
